Returns:
Variance in color or texture of the product might occur due to digital display. Stitch Trench would not return or exchange products for this particular reason.
Return and exchange is not possible in the following cases:
Items ordered online can only be exchanged through our customer service department and it is not possible to return it at our Flagship store. If you want to exchange a defected item, you have to email us the images of defected products at order@stitchtrench.com
Our team will evaluate the defect and in case of approval of the request, you can get any product of equal price in exchange to the defected product.
In most cases, refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase. Refunded amount will only include the cost of the item(s) and taxes, shipping cost is non-refundable. The process of return takes up to 14 days. It can take up to two billing cycles for the credit to be shown on credit card statement.
Order Cancellation:
Order can be cancelled any time before its confirmation. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email on your registered email address. When the order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking number of your parcel. After the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and comes under Return & Exchange Policy. Stitch Trench has the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason.
